The Classic Caesar needed more dressing than what the restaurant provided and of the lettuce was brown and wilted. The add-on chicken was bland and extremely overcooked. I shouldn't have to re-season my food and supplement salad dressing for my meal to be enjoyable, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect fresh lettuce on a $23 salad. The crust was excellent. Crispy on the outside, light and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of char.
The pepperoni was incredible. Perfectly crisp around the edges and packed with flavor.
