"The pasta tasted like mushroom-flavored water, completely bland, and some of the pasta were slightly undercooked. The pizza wasn’t any better, it was so dry it barely tasted like it had any sauce. The only redeeming factor was the packaging, which was nice, but unfortunately, it couldn’t make up for the lackluster food. I really liked the Yang Zhou Fried Rice / 扬州炒饭 this actually had good texture and flavour, the Pork Ribs with Rock Sugar and Black Vinegar / 糖醋小排 were okay but a bit underwhelming, not much meat and flavour was lacking. Unfortunately the Steamed Shanghai Shao-long-bao / 小笼包 were super underwhelming, very much lacking flavour and the texture was a bit off. The casing was claggy and not very soft or silky. Similarly with the Steamed Pork Dumplings / 猪肉水饺 I was just surprised at the lack of strong flavour, adding Chinese vinegar helped. Disappointed as I was really keen to try Tao but I'm not sure I'll return as it's also expensive "

"So I ordered 1x beef pho @$18.50 & 1x fried prawn spring rolls (5) @$10.50 thinking that for the price, the food must be amazing. It took almost an hour for the order to be ready for collection, and then over another 30mins for the 3km delivery in light traffic. The pho was quite tasty, but considering it's the most I've ever paid for a pho, anywhere, it probably should've been the tastiest, if not, at least, the largest. It was neither! In fact, the size was dismally diminutive. Even a child would have been hard pushed to be sated by the tiny serve that showed up. At least I had the five tiny little pencil thickness prawn spring rolls, that were rather bland and, once again, excessively overpriced for their size and quality, to fill me up. It's unlikely I'll be back unless curiosity gets the better of me and I decide to give them a second chance."
