"Tonkotsu Black Ramen(Thin). Taste was awesome as always. The eggs were perfect and yummy. The pork is normally tasty, very tender, and juicy. This time it was dry, chewy, and bland. Very disappointing, especially after paying for delivery. It made it hard to eat and getting stuck in my teeth. The gyoza was also chewy. Tast was there and the inside was good (as always) but the skin was dry and chewy. Nicely browned but really chewy more like overdone air fried. So, with tip and delivery, $43 for a bowl of ramen and 6 gyoza, leaves me feeling There's better options elsewhere next time."
