"It took almost an hour for them to put out four tenders and some fries. Door dash driver waited at store for almost 20 minutes waiting for my order. On top of being mediocre chicken here in Arizona and the fries always being half-soggy, now it takes them an hour to put the food out when you order it online.
Every day Cane's gets worse and worse. Workers who can't ensure orders are correct according to the tickets, workers who struggle to take orders or don't know that there are two sizes of water, to simply being too distracted to focus on their jobs.
For chicken tenders that cost you an arm and a leg for small portions, with some tenders being the size of a nugget at times, the least they can do is get orders right and get orders out in a timely manner.

"I got the create your own bowl and had to pay double to add chicken, peppers, extra cheese. Everything I added was extra. There was no option to get a bowl for $10.. I had to add items and all items were $2+ to add. Ended up with a $20 bowl that came almost empty. I could see the bottom of the bowl before I started eating it. It was not enough food for how much I paid. I figured it would be a decent size especially since the price had doubled but it wasn't enough food for 1 adult."
