The birria was so flavorful, but I have to say my favorite thing was the mole tamale. The mole had a nice kick to it, which I prefer over sweet mole. Neither of the tamales were dry, and the filling to masa ratio was spot on! The horchata is perfect, not too sweet, not too watery. Best horchata I've had, beside my mother's.
