Also: Bigger wings =/= Better wings. You're just throwing off the surface area to volume ratio, resulting in bigger bites with less flavor and almost no textural complexity between the skin and the meat."

My only complaint was that there could have been more sour cream for the baked potato but not a huge deal because I had some on hand. "Hot, delicious, sandwich with nicely melted cheese. I loved the crusty roll too. The fries were different from others in town. Not limp or overly soft. These were slightly crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. I will definitely be ordering the sandwich again.
I would have also ordered a side salad but there was no way to do it unless I switched the fries for the salad in the sandwich options. You can't order both and pay extra for one. Neither the fries or the side salad were listed as single purchases on the DoorDash app for this restaurant. I hope they change that. The Brewhouse Burger had that classic taste done right, and the Jalapeño Burger had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. The fries were crispy and fresh too.
