I think in regards to the orange chicken, you have the chance of it being either overcooked/too crunchy, or just simple a fatty piece which isn't always good. Other than that chance, the orange chicken taste amazing! Also got a Dr Pepper to go with it :)

"1. The photos are misleading! The Kibah is shown as 2. That's what's expected. I got only 1.
2. The stuffed grape leaves were the skinniest I have ever seen in a restaurant or in photos of them. The taste was marginal.
3. While the baklava and other pastry were tasty, photos showed 2 and 3. Instead I got one of each.
4. The only item that didn't disappoint was the vegetarian Samosas. They were quite good.

Pulao – Aromatic Rice Soaked in a Savory Stew Chicken Pulao is an Asian dish, consisting of rice packed with spices and cooked in stock. We use turmeric, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, garlic and ginger paste, black pepper, cardamom, red chilies, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, rice, yogurt, onions, oil, almonds, and chicken for making it. First of all, we warm up the oil and fry the onions until they turn into golden brown. We add all the whole spices and fry them for a few minutes and then add powdered spices. We add ginger garlic paste and chicken as well. We put the beaten yogurt and cook chicken until the water dries. We add soaked rice with hot water and salt to taste. We cook it on a low flame until the rice is prepared. When rice is nicely cooked, we serve this yummy and tasty dish along with Raita to our customers who visit our restaurant.

This dish can be cooked with different recipes, but we cook it by following a traditional method of our grandmother. We use mutton, rice, onions, ginger and garlic paste, oil, kewarrah, saffron, salt, black cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, yogurt, and black pepper. First of all, we boil the mutton in a large pan by adding water, salt, and ginger and garlic paste in it. When mutton is half cooked, we turn off the flame. In another pan, we add oil and include ginger garlic paste, whole spices, and salt, yogurt, and fry onions until they turn into light brown. We add rice without water and mutton and cook them at a high flame for 5 to 10 minutes. When both things are properly cooked, we serve it with raita.
