It smelled so incredible, I immediately took a piece of falafel by hand to mouth. "All the kebabs were good chicken, shrimp, and the lamb.
The lamb was not on a skewer but in my pita wrap (gyro?!), and because its's lamb/mutton it was chewy, and there was some gristle lumps.
I guess I'm used to the stacked and shaved for that particular meat, avoiding the extra chew and gristle.
