I just tried one of the BASKET OF SOPAPILLAS (8) sopapillas and it was light, fluffy and just the right amount of cinnamon-sugar. "#38 LARGE QUESO was either old or overcooked. It was clumpy as if it came from the bottom of a pot that had been cooking for an entire day.

I did not get a picture of the Tres Leches* Before I ate it lol but this was another item I've never eaten before that lived up to my expectations! My wife had tacos (not the plate) and ordered quesabirria, carne asada, and al pastor. I had the plate with double beans and ordered quesabirria, choriqueso, and carne asada. Their beans are the best I've found in Texas - not some lame TexMex concoction with liquid smoke (come on, Texas - be better!) but flavorful, spicy and perfectly flavored pintos.
