"I’m really disappointed with my experience. My order was completely mishandled in ways that could have easily been avoided with a bit more attention to detail.
I ordered a lamb over rice with extra hot sauce, but it arrived absolutely drowning in white sauce—so much so that it was seeping out of the container. It made the meal inedible.
More concerning, my son (who has a dairy allergy) ordered a plain cheeseburger with no cheese, which I clearly selected when placing the order. The burger still came covered in cheese. This isn’t just a preference issue—it’s a safety concern.
Both of these mistakes were entirely preventable. Taking an extra moment to carefully read and follow the order would make a significant difference.
