"Food was excellent and came very hot! My only suggestion would be a little lighter on the spice, the heat level. I put in comments for the Masala, Mild and it was medium, tolerable and still tasty. The sauce was thick and had a pleasant sweetness to it. The chicken was cooked perfectly! My husband had the Goan shrimp. he loves spice so he sat there and ate it while sweating and mouth on fire! The behari kabab paratha roll was innovative in how it was portioned like a quesadilla, very interesting. The behari kabab was super soft and melted in my mouth just like back home. "As soon as I opened the package, I was greeted with an unexpected wonderful familiar aroma…wow…it was an initial reminder of why I ordered from here in the first place; and then as soon I began indulging in the meal, the two Ghee Pongal (really Ghee Khichari), and the Sambhar that accompanied, I was internally saying thank you to God and the person who made it and sent it.
