"Yesterday I rated this Starbucks with a thumbs down because the employee forgot to include one of the drinks I ordered. When I called this Starbucks, store manager Blanca profusely apologized. However, the price ($30+) is not worth the small portions: a half-sandwich, a cup of soup, chips, and a drink. When I opened the bag, the first thing I saw inside was a packaged item, and I automatically thought it was a piece of bread to accompany the soup. To my surprise, it was the "half" sandwich. Then I noticed a small cup, which turned out to be broccoli and cheese soup, and I started laughing. For a moment, I thought this was the wrong order because it felt like a fun-size meal. I guess I learned my lesson not to order from this place again and to stick with my favorite, Eastside Italian Deli-DTLA, where the price is the same ($30+), but the size is perfect for a hungry adult. But I wish it had more flavor overall. I enjoyed it with a squirt of lime along with the sauce that came with the tacos.
The tacos had a good flavor, but the tortillas were hard and chewy rather than crunchy. They're more like taquitos and they arrived with a red sauce, slivered onions, and parsley to go with it. While they were tasty, they reminded me more of the frozen kind found in stores. I don't think I would purchase again considering the price, but I did enjoy eating it!
