The others are mostly fusion, and I'm more OG Banh Mi. What makes a great Banh Mi is the homemade mayo and pickled carrots. If those are subpar, forget it! You also need a sprinkling of the Maggi seasoning sauce (similar to soy sauce, but NOT) to complete the OG masterpiece. "
