It tasted like days-old fryer oil. Everything had an aftertaste like other food was being fried using the same oil. Drenched in grease. Chicken was also tough and one of them was completely inedible due to the hard texture. It is improtant to change oil/clean fryers. The tomatoes actually have a taste, the fresh mozz glistens and doesn't taste like a refrigerator... Each ingredient truly shines in its own way from the prosciutto down to the extra virgin olive oil, it strikes a great balance of being filling and savory but not so heavy where you can't (or don't want to) work the rest of your shift.
Not only is it a generous portion for the price but they consistently make it the way it was intended... Cause we all know a place or two where it can be fantastic one day and for some reason, the chicken cutlet is soggy or dry the next.
