The 1 Fish Pack with Chips - Battered fish was too big for the box it was in so it got crushed in the lid and went cold, and despite selecting chicken salt, there wasn't any salt on the chips. "Not that impressed. The burgers are big and tasty, but not the best I've had. The chips are nice except for the chili ones, that were soggy. They stiffed us on the drinks unfortunately. We ordered 2 large orange juices that were not really that big and the juice was watered down so much that it tasted like water with a little orange juice added. Overall I think Carl's Jr are over priced. You can definitely get better value elsewhere. If they were cheaper then I would just recommend their burgers and plain chips. "

"I'm wondering if the owners have changed hands. I have noticed my past few orders have not been the same quality as they used to be. Potatoes were more boiled than roasted. Used to get 2-3 huge potatoes, now it's just pieces. Potato bake is too runny. This order my meat was chopped up like it was the crumbs at the bottom of the pan. Pork crackles was nonexistent. Pumpkin slice was 1/3 of what it used to be and the gravy has changed too. If I didn't have previous orders to compare it to, I'm sure it would have been good, but it's not a scratch on what it used to be which is a shame. "
