"Everything was ice cold. One of my drinks was left out. I would like to say oh it was the delivery driver, but the cheese on the Krystal burgers was not melted at all. it was just a cold piece of cheese just sitting on top of a huge pile of cold onions. I don't think any of them were steamed. The chili cheese fries were also topped with unmelted cheese. They also used three times as many onions as usual, and I like them but this was overpowering.
