We were also missing the large ranch that we paid for and the fries were just laid in the bag without being in a closed container. Ended up driving the order back to the store and saw there were open online orders on the status screen that did not look like they were started (I received a photo from my driver 30 min prior to showing up at the store, and the same name was still on the board) and the only employee we could see in there was just blasting music and not working. The bread that came with it was broken up and in pieces rather than whole pancakes so you could scoop it up and eat it was impossible. I don't know who let this out the door but somebody was not considerate. the heat level was right flavor was great The portion so small I just consider it inconsiderate. The samosa lacked texture and flavor the crust was fantastic. once again a lot of possibility but some failures enough to be very disappointing.
