Seeing all the milk and fruit teas on their menu shocked me but the matcha latte with the tapioca boba was out of this world and was probably some of the best matcha I've had yet. The pickled radish roll was delicious as well and only $4.25 for 6 pcs. The portions are huge and I had to spread my food across 3 meals. Their food and ingredients are always high quality. The only thing I liked from the options provided was the chicken tenders so I ordered them for both my entrees along with a loaded baked potato and a side house salad. The two sides were upcharged for $2.99 /each extra. Three of the tenders were good but two of the others were no bigger than my pinky and one was half the size of the others and they were barely warm. The baked potato was piping hot but they did not send sour cream. I typically love ocharleys and their chicken but the last two times I ordered from there have been sub par. I thought this meal was horrible for the $40 price tag that went with it."

As for the Store Review; For this order I got two Spaghetti & Meatballs and one "Big” Chocolate Chip Cookie. 3/5 for the Spaghetti & Meatballs and here is why; The spaghetti has been slightly overcooked, resulting in certain noodles having a firm and chewy texture along their edges. However, the core of the dish appears satisfactory, with appropriate warmth. Additionally, the meatballs weren't over seasoned and have a decent taste. Would I pay $15 for the same dish? For the portion and quality, no. As for the "Big” Chocolate Chip Cookie I was unfortunately disappointed. The picture shows a warm, chewy cookie that looks like it would melt on the touch. The one I received was definitely warm, so warm in fact that it was burnt. the edges are very rough. Seems like it was left in the oven for a little too long. If this dish was cooked a little less I would definitely consider buying it again- even with the $15 price it carries. over-all 3/5"
