"Couldn believe the lackof flavor in 3 different pasta dishes! Could barely tell the difference between the Penne w/ Vodka sauce & the Amatr?/spicy sauce. No heat at all! Plus, they were both penne! Then, the Farfelle Carbonara had NO FLAVOR, no pork or egg insauce, no pepper...just very dry, undercooked farfelle in a milk/cream sauce on bottom of pan. The pirtion was HUGE! Enough for 3 large dinners, but why bother?! I'm glad I asked for chopped garlic & parmesan cheese with my delivery, but maybe I can 'remake' some of these dishes with some fresh basil & seasonings. The dinner came in a 9x12 aluminum baking pan & was FULL. No finesse - two red penne next to one snother with the white farfelle on the end. So unappealing to the eye. Why did they use TWO undercooked red penne Why not linguini or spaghetti? Delivered with no silverware/plasticware, napkin, copy of order/bill. What s bloody shame & a waste of money! There are so many other Italian restaurants nearby, but I thought I wanteda special treat. Epic fail! to"
