"I order from this restaurant at least once or twice a week. I have tried the chicken kabob, lamb kabob, chicken humus, lamb Baba Ghanouge Lamb بابا غنوج باللحم, Falafel Salad and mint lime drink. Everything has been amazingly flavorful with generous portions. I have never been disappointed; the taste hs always exceeded expectations. Usually I order delivery but today I was in the area so I picked it up in person. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, spotless and the staff wonderfully pleasant and helpful. "The restaurant canceled my order and did not tell the driver. They then told the driver to have me call them. I called them directly and they told me they canceled that order because they were out of a certain item. Instead of proactively, calling me to see if I wanted an exchange, they canceled. When I told them that I wanted the alternative item, they made the driver wait 30 minutes for my food, even though they told him it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. What should have been a late lunch around 2:30 turned out to be an early supper around 4 PM. We are disappointed in their customer service.

"I ordered the Build A Bowl Large. I opted for a 4th veggie, which was no where to be found in this bowl. My protein of choice was salmon, which was slightly overcooked but the flavor was good. My base was kale and quinoa which was barely there, plus the quinoa was actually rice - looked like rice but def not quinoa.
Total the bowl was barely 1/2 full., adding the salmon on top made it appear to be more.
When asked why the ingredients were so scant, I was told because it's portioned to be healthy. I'm a nutritionist so I understand healthy portions, but 8oz of salmon with barely 3/4 cups of veggies is not really it.
She offered to add more by saying, "I could charge you for more veggies if you want more".
The flavors are good and it's convenient but this bowl is not worth $27."
