"There are a couple of orders that were not up to previous standards. The first time I ordered the kids breakfast it was the perfect amount, the eggs were warm and fluffy. The lid on the container was secure. The next time the eggs were flat and not warm. The lid was not fastened securely to the bottom. I ordered a sandwich and the same thing, the lid was not securely attached to the bottom. This makes it very difficult to get the container out of the bag without risking dumping something. The bags have been put together in a way that I could only end up with torn paper mess."

"Very disappointed, as this is my first time trying Philz coffee. I ordered a chiles burrito and a salted butterscotch cold brew. The burrito was about a third the size of a chipotle burrito and the ends of it were extremely hard. Not to mention they forgot the 2 sauces I ordered. There was nothing salted or butterscotch about my cold brew. It tasted like a regular cup of coffee. Lastly they sent me no napkins which seems like a frivolous complaint until you need to wipe up spilled coffee or crumbs from your face. Will not be ordering from here ever again ."
