The sandwich was not only burned but had almost nothing on it, it looks like they played football with my cake and then put it in the bag, the latte was cold and forgettable. The soup was ok but I wouldn't ever give them my business again. Both Nero locations around here, the people working there are trash. What an embarrassment to Cafe Nero in the UK. "The chicken pie was not golden, it was completely burned, dark brown, and bitter. The empanadas arrived burned and extremely dry inside, and to make things worse, one of them was missing a portion, clearly incomplete. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer.
There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition. Not the weather, not high demand, nothing justifies delivering burned, poorly prepared food. This reflects zero quality control and zero commitment to customer satisfaction.
