"The boneless chicken is smaller than any fast food restaurant. Mac & Cheese was hard undercooked noodles and the sauce was greasy. The beef patty and cocoa bread I ordered was out of stock which the website never tells you and also the carrot cake was out of stock and never told us until the order was picked up and delivered."

"I sadly did not have a good experience here. I ordered to-go for my gluten free family, and I'm allergic but the others are just sensitive, so I marked accordingly so staff would only have to take the extra steps with mine. My mother ordered sweet potato fries with her burger and I had the same burger, so I purposely ordered regular fries and a different bun to make it very easy to differentiate meals. I ordered gluten free pizza for the kids. The pizzas were extremely thin, but the kids enjoyed them. The sweet potato fries were very soggy. Unfortunately they did not give me the regular fries or the different bun I ordered and did not mark which burger was cooked for my allergy and so I couldn't eat because I just can't risk it. But I really thought with all the effort to make the distinction on the menu I would not experience this. My mother said her burger was good, however. It's also worth mentioning that no sauce was packed for the burgers and there was no option to add one. I wanted to love it but I can't recommend."
