Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. "I ordered the c10. Mongolian Beef and 4c. Sweet & Sour Chicken. Both dinners were huge portions with very good flavor.
The beef was very tender and the green peppers, onions, water chestnuts, carrots, pea pods, scallions, and mushrooms were fresh & absolutely delicious too!
I got my c10. Mongolian Beef with a medium spice level, and it came with chicken fried rice but you have the option to upgrade to another type of rice. .
The meals came bagged very well and the plastic bag was sealed with a sticker all the way around the top, which I appreciate.
I also ordered Extra Sweet & Sour Sauce and it was a large container, but really did not need it as there was more than enough sauce generously added already to the meal.
Very flavorful and delicious, gold in color which is different. So used to seeing red sweet & sour sauce. Will definitely order again. The quality and portion size is enough for plenty of leftovers for two or three days.

The egg roll inside of the styrofoam container, which came with the combo meal ....ended up being soggy, not crispy, because it was not packaged by itself, rather, it was included in the same styrofoam container as the meal itself.
- Egg rolls should always be packaged separately so they stay crispy. This egg roll did not have a lot of flavor going on with it. Needs improvement.
Overall the No. 18. Orange Chicken was tender and tasty. Just wasn't orange flavored; was honey flavored instead. No utensils included. The order should be secured better so no one can tamper with the food. It came in a plastic bag just tied off ....but not stapled."
