If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. The shrimp was extremely overcooked, the beef tasted as if it was just exiting the serve by date and probably sat in its blood as it neared rot and the serving was barely 3oz of either shrimp or beef. This was a last minute and lazy performance done this poorly simply because it was an online order.
