We've been avoiding anything supplied by that particular company given the cyclospora outbreak and now the salmonella recall they just issued on their jalapeños. You should consider letting people know who your supplier is on your menu.
The ribs were delicious and fell of the bone literally. The chicken salad was very good. The cheese soup was a bit salty even before adding the bacon bits. The cole slaw was bland and watery. There was a crunchy fried piece on the flat bread that my wife said tasted like fish - please be careful when using the same utensils or cookware for your frying.
I would get the ribs again. This full slab was even better than the basket I've gotten when dining at the restaurant. The chicken salad plate is my wife's goto whether dining in or for takeout/delivery."
