Both of our gyros were absolutely stuffed with ingredients and if you were worried about there being only a drizzle of white sauce, no you weren't- there was plenty, and it was super tangy and fresh tasting. My husband has a favorite restaurant that's since closed and he's been missing their tzatziki sauce- he says this one not only filled the void, but was even better. "Believe it or not, in a small town like Pine Bush that has 7 pizza places( Italian food), it's not easy to actually find good pizza and/or Italian food.
