The flavor of the food was fine though but I definitely wouldn't order here again because that halal thai place has better food for the same price. "As always, my food from Lotus Pond was the BEST! No one can beat their WonTon soup. The wontons in the soup are nicely filled and cooked perfectly. They do not taste like breakfast sausage as many others do, and the wonton skins are not falling apart. Love their big fluffy dinner rolls! Their egg Egg Rolls are nice and crisp and you can see the shrimp inside, not just the bean sprouts. The vegetable Egg Foo Egg Foo Young Dinner is SO good! Additionally, it came with the very smallest box of rice known to man, which was NOT enough for two Fresh Shrimp Egg Foo Young (Pint) Egg Foo Young two patties. The rice was also devoid of flavor and was over cooked, mushy.
I **would not recommend this place and will not purchase anything from this particular restaurant Wong's Garden ever again.
Overall.....Poor quality, poor quantity, devoid of flavor/seasoning, cold items temperature wise, NOT a good value for the subpar food you are getting.
Not at all fair to the customer paying good, hard earned money just to be served bad food. New cooks with improved recipes are needed ASAP.
