We love The West End in Quakertown, so when they're closed or otherwise unavailable we have tried The East End a few times. 4 times to be exact and 3 out of our four orders were abysmal, including our order this evening. The Knight's Roast Beef came with zero cheese, a soggy bun and beef that was so well done and full of gristle, it was inedible. It also only came with like 4 fries so, I guess I just dont eat dinner tonight even though I'm out over $100 for this order. Tonight I also ordered a BOWL of crab and asparagus soup and instead received a CUP of creamy broth that tasted like vinegar and had basically no crab or asparagus in it at all. I have had this soup before so I do know what it is supposed to taste like.
My husband ordered the Wings and received exactly 6 wings for $20 and they included the wrong sauce. So again $100 down the drain.
Burgers were both disgustingly dry
We ended up throwing frozen pizza in the oven and throwing out all of this disgusting food.
I am so so disappointed and frankly The East End has used up their last chance with us. We may not even go back to The West End either, which is unfortunate as frequent customers.
