I called Springbone and got a nice clear answer and an assurance that they would look out for my order and double check the ingredients. I ordered the Bad Hombre Broth which had a very mild heat to it- perfect for stuffiness from a cold- and the depth of flavor and silkiness that would be expected from home-made bone-broth. I also got a side of the chickpea salad. It reminded me of the white-vinegar bean salad my mom used to make. So good! What else can a sick person want than the comfort of mom's cooking?
