"I had the medium Custom Craft Bowl and it was soooo delicious as usual. I have diabetes so have to be super careful. I chose Acai, Greek yogurt, and a peanut butter scoop at the base, low glycemic fruit on top (apples, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, and toppings of walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon. My blood sugar number post-meal a beautiful 137, and I still have plenty of calories left out of my 1400 per day for dinner.
