I ordered a Mushroom swiss (no changes to how it comes) with a side Caesar sald (no extra charge, and I LOVE being able to get something not out of a fryer for a side) and a Meatball App... The Meatball APP was INCREDIBLE!! The meat was literally hot still, and this mushroom gravy they put on them was so creamy and flavorful! It was also a really large portion; 5 meatballs a little larger than golf balls. The Caesar salad was delicious. Perfect amount of dressing AND REAL RYE CROUTONS (not those things you buy in a zip lock bag and your neighbor can hear you crunching on). The Mushroom swiss was cooked perfectly medium!! "I always look forward to Wednesdays when the Taco Bout visits my town. The food is always delicious, friendly service, and great variety for a food truck! You cant go wrong with any of the tacos. The corn is also delicious. And if you are a fry girl like me, the chicken fries are extra yummy. "

Store bought tortillas but they were nice and crispy. I wish there had been more cheese. The meat had decent flavor. I added salt and consume was just fine. Was it comparable to what I would get in Texas or Cali? No. Was it good for a VA? Yes. I would order the birria again. I also got the corn. It is not corn on the cob. It is in a cup. Very mayo forward. Not bad but I wouldn't order again."
