Also, any authentic place or one that cares about informing their staff would put more than one packet of sumac in the bag when any kind of koobideh is involved. What saved my order from being a total disappointment was the chicken CAPRESE CHX sandwich (Instead of grilled chicken I got the chicken cutlet with balsamic glaze) and a side of mac and cheese! Those would be the only 2 things I would order again. Both were fair portions and did the trick."
