The ham was stale and crumbling in my hand when I called tours they said it was because it was through the oven that the ham gets that way. which is fine, but the ham on the inside was cold with the melted cheese? The shrimp were steamed I think. Were cooked perfectly, not over or under done. I added carrots. They were warm but I think they were raw. They give you 2 sauces, some mint, and a lemon slice with your meal. The brown sauce reminded me of a thick soy sauce. I barely tried the red sauce because it smelled spicy and Im chicken. Guessing maybe Sriracha or similar, but maybe wrong. Smelled good. I haven't tried the Custard Egg Yolk Bao (1) 流沙包（1） yet, but the Pumpkin Bao (1) 南瓜包（1） was great! Seemed fresh, was warm.
