"As much as I love Starbucks, the delivery of their drinks seems to be lacking innovation. I received my hot drinks with no sleeves and a small round sticker covering the drinking slot. The sticker did not stop the liquid from spilling. Granted it would have spilled much more without the sticker so I appalled the effort.
