The burger was carelessly put together, and instead of handing my order directly to me, the employee placed it on the counter and expected me to pick it up myself. I found that interaction to be discourteous.
When I opened the container, the burger wasn’t even assembled properly, making it messy and unappetizing. On top of that, the patty was extremely thin and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve previously enjoyed. The chips and queso was really good as well as the Route 66 Burger. The Crazy Horse fries and dip always on point with great flavor and usually a good portion size of the dip and chips.
