It's definitely not the same as the West and way more expensive (use to $1.50-2 for a street taco), but this joint in particular gives you a ton of food per dish. Flavor wise, each dish has quite a bit of flavor and would definitely order everything again. Only complaint I can really say is that the queso is just a smige watered and the order could use more chips (ordered both the queso and guac with chips), but those are both super minor complaints. Order from this joint, you wont regret it esp when the glorious smells hit."

"I absolutely love this restaurant and have eaten here many times. I've also ordered takeout directly from them before, and the food has always been excellent. This was my first time ordering through DoorDash, and unfortunately the experience was very different from what I'm used to.
The food arrived packed all together in a single container, with no utensils, no sauces, and none of the extras they normally provide, even with regular takeout orders. The food itself was still delicious, but the packaging and attention to detail were disappointing compared to the great service I've always received in the past.
I'm not sure if this was because the order was placed through DoorDash, but I hope future delivery orders receive the same care and quality that this restaurant is known for. I'll definitely continue to support them because I truly enjoy their food."

"I love oxtail and was excited to try theirs. My order came to a little over $40.00 and I felt though it was pricey, good oxtails is at times worth it. It was not tender, the gravy was overly sweet vs savory and overall taste was perhaps the worst oxtail that I have ever eaten. I also tried theirs shrimp Pattie...which was 6.75 that too was not very tasty. The rice and the vegetables were ok. They have a picture of rum cake but it says rock cake. I ordered a slice to see if it was actually rum cake or rock cake. Ps it was rock cake which is almost a cookie texture so there is an error on their website. I would not waste my money here unless it's for a regular spicy beef Pattie or bread. The authentic flavors that I know was definitely missing from both dishes.
