"I have a ton of allergies. Symptoms ranging from a hot red face and swollen fingers mixed to not being to breathe all that great (my throat hasn't ever fully closed, but definitely close.)
I put in the notes the allergies I was most concerned about and asked them to use whatever bread doesn't have the evil ingredients (allergens) for my Ham & Cheese Melt. Whoever was working did, and they left a note to say that was the only one they had that didn't have soy or sesame (tbh I didn't have high hopes, its kind of ridiculous how many foods have some kind of soy haha) and it was delicious! Thank you so much to the staff that looked. I wish I knew the brand because I haven't been able to find a bagel like that I could have.
