"TLDR// The Seasoned Fried Carrots with Roxy Sauce are to die for. They are fresh and flavorful, the portion is very fair for the price, and I don't have to deal with the mess at home. So far, the portions at Roxy's are good. Unfortunately, the quality has been inconsistent. I would order the teriyaki chicken again in hopes that it's as delicious as it was last week. I'm also going to see if I can get the pineapple grilled but not charred.//
My first visit, 10 years ago at a Beaverton location, the shoyu chicken was dry and lacked the flavor I was used to - Local Boyz in Corvallis. Last week, I gave the new Wilsonville location a try. The teriyaki chicken was scrumptious, as was the Side Order Pineapple. They were fresh and grilled just the way I prefer.
This week, I found the Kalbi Chicken Plate Lunch to be dry. The chicken and this week's Side Order Pineapple were too charred for my taste."
