"I’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant twice. The first time, I got the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp, and it was amazing. The shrimp were large, flavorful, and actually grilled, which made me excited to order again.
The second time, I ordered the Build Your Own Pesto Pasta with grilled shrimp, but instead I received small shrimp that weren’t even grilled. It seemed like they may have run out of the grilled shrimp and substituted a different kind without letting me know. I would have much preferred they notify me and recommend another protein rather than make the substitution without asking. To top it off, I was still charged the extra $5 for the grilled shrimp.
Based on my first order, I had high expectations, so this was a disappointing experience. I hope they communicate better with customers when an item or ingredient isn’t available instead of making substitutions without notice."

"The salad was extremely disappointing and noticeably smaller than it used to be. The chicken had an unpleasant smell and did not seem fresh. Several of the ingredients that were supposed to be included were either missing completely or included in very small amounts.
The lettuce was wilted and old, and overall the salad looked and tasted like it had been put together from leftover ingredients at the end of the day. Definitely not the quality I expected from The Habit Burger Grill, especially compared with my previous experiences."

Barely any seasoning if any, barely any cheese and the daves sauce that usually comes in a big packet came in a tiny cup. These fries were a rip off for the upcharge fee. Will just have to order from the Ventura location from now on. The chicken was its usual goodness. Good crisp and flavor. Just a shame about the fries because thats what I was looking forward to.
