The reason I gave a bad rating is that my role was packed together with someone else's food, it was another person from our group order, but we didn't want to share a plate while we were eating. Another issue is that the rolls was half the size of a normal sushi roll, for $23 I expect a whole roll. The beef is cooked perfectly every single time—tender, flavorful, and delicious. The rice is wonderful, everything is always fresh, and their kimchi is honestly the best I’ve ever had.
I lived in Japan for seven (7) years, so I have a real appreciation for authentic Japanese food, and J BOX truly delivers. The quality, freshness, flavors, and attention to detail are beyond words. After 25–30 orders, they’ve been consistently fantastic, and that says a lot.
