Whoever is managing this kitchen needs training or needs to pay more attention to how people are cooking the basics. as far as consistency, you now have dishes show up with half the sauce they usually do, or missing ingredients, or half the portion size (e.g. dinner salads, pasta, etc). Applebee's is not a healthy choice, but at least they were consistent. Now they've lost that.
They also changed the ingredients of the chocolate molten lava cake & it's terrible now, with a weird taste and texture. It is very unfortunate..."

"While the portions were a good size there were quiet a few quality issues. We both got the surf & Surf & Turf. I asked for it to be well done, the other was supposed to be rare. They were both cooked the same and neither was well done or rare. They were supposed to be the same 8ozs, but one was significantly bigger. I ordered a baked potato, but it came with no butter or any other condiments. The veggies that came with the meal looked great but were super over seasoned. I had sour cream at home that I used for my potato, I had to also use it on my veggies. The steak I had was very fatty, while the other super grisly. We also orderedMVP Combo Platter. The jalapeño poppers were very over cooked. The mozzerella sticks were very overcooked and lacked flavor."
