"I have not been able to find Black Forest cake for a long time. It's a favorite of mine from working in fine dining in the eighties. While the version here is not quite what I remember, it was absolutely fabulous. Wonderful texture and flavor. It's pricey but it made three servings out of the slice that I received. So happy to find one of my very favorite cakes once again."
