Growing up in Massachusetts, I’ve eaten my fair share of Middle Eastern food, so I know what real flavor profiles are supposed to taste like. I get tired of hearing people say, "I've been to NYC, so I know good food," only to complain when a dish has actual flavor. "I'll start off by saying I have never had Colombian food before so as a first overall experience it was really good!
