El Pollo Inka was the only Peruvian restaurant I would go to, but now I have another Peruvian restaurant I can recommend and count on for great service excellent food . Today I decided to go outside from ordering from El Pollo Inka and I'm glad that I did. The owner claimed that I took too long to pick it up and stated that the price was not fair due to a $10 discount, which was not something I had control over. She also claimed that she could not remove the charge. This is not the first time she has made this claim. I was given the ceviche without spice and was asked if I wanted it extra spicy. The quality was not the best. I am unsure whether this was due to being rushed, but I have been coming here for years. Even so, the customer service was not appropriate, especially for a regular customer. I also had to wait for the causa de pollo to be prepared, and no utensils were provided.
