"Sadly, the preparation was not up to snuff. This location is brand new, the staff might need more training. Ingredients were not evenly distributed inside the items and the Crunchwrap was not put together well. The cook was also not well done enough -- especially the fries, some of which were soggy, others were almost par-boiled and cold.
The ingredients seemed fresh but the item sizes, while standardized, felt like they skimped on the fillings compared to other Taco Bell locations.
I'm not sure I'll be ordering again in the near term. Maybe after another 3-6 months to shake out the kinks and reconnect with the spirit of excellence that had to drive any successful restaurant."

"This was our first time ordering. We loved the fact that it was much lower sodium than many other restaurants. The portions were generous. We appreciated the coconut forward flavor in the chicken satay, but were disappointed that the accompanying cucumber was bland and had no vinegar tang at all. The chicken was generous as well, but oddly thick. The rice dish had the oerfect gentle kick at heat level 2 (I enjoy heat but my spouse thinks cilantro is hot). Unfortunately, the fried rice was almost mushy enough to call it risotto. There was no crunch left in any of the vegetables, but the flavor was really good. Reheating tomorrow would be even mushier, so we will likely toss leftovers. The same for the spring rolls. They were nice and crispy, but the inside was mushy and the dipping sauce was pretty bland. If you have the stuff at home to doctor the foods with a sprinkle of vinegar or spicy mustard or other sauce, yum! I would def order from here again, but would make my own rice at home. The flavors were really good and we look forward to trying additional menu items next time."

Was a comfort pick for me but now I'll probably be pulling the plug. Their workers were always sweet and generous, going in person I believe their prices are the same. But especially the sodas being twice their price, I'm not too keep on purchasing from them again. In the past they also used to give free cookie cards if they didn't have something but I've noticed recently they haven't been doing that either. The Mahalo 10" had HUGE chunks of jalapenos and was soggy and undercooked. The Oven Goat Cheese was curdled and I tried to warm some up and that didn't help. I ordered a side Ranch but received a ramekin of blue cheese crumbles. Only thing that was edible was my mixed green salad. So I spent over $50 for a Seasonal Mixed Greens - half size"

"Got the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust with pepperoni and sausage. A bit pricey but it was highly rated and I LOVE stuffed crust so I wanted to see if adding garlic to the stuffed crust would make a big difference, as advertised.
