"Ordered the #41 Dumpling Soup, my usual, which is hands down my favorite soup dish in Eau Claire. Really good for you if you're sick especially if you get it spicy. The #4 Spring Rolls w/ shrimp were a bit fishy, probably because they boil their shrimp all at once in the morning rather than cook the shrimp to order. I'd really like to see this change, its a pet peeve of mine when resturants do this, shrimp are already the cockroaches of the sea so you gotta avoid that fishiness at all cost, but I realize it is not always practical for some places. Mass Boiled Shrimp will always be fishy unfortunately but everything here is so goddamn good I simply cannot be upset. 4 stars, will be 5 if the method of cooking changes for the shrimp! The hash browns tasted like a mix between scalloped potatoes and rice. They were undercooked. The eggs were ordered over easy but they were quite overcooked. The bacon tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave and tasted stale. The Caramel Apple French Toast did not include the protein choice described, although I specified what my choice was. It came with ample toppings, but they also were mostly disappointing, so I didn't eat them anyway. The apples did not taste homemade, they tasted like they came from a can, the nuts tasted stale, and the whipped topping tasted like cool whip. The only redeeming factor for the Caramel Apple French Toast was the caramel that came with it was pretty good and the French toast was itself wasn't terrible. I would not order here again."
