True to form I get mayo on whatever I can and it goes sooooo fine on this sandwich. By the way, I chose the garlic and herb bread. So folks, try this restaurant when you get the chance. "The flavor in these sandwiches is absolutely special. I eat loads of sandwiches and often hit the wall of boredom----like how many different ways can you change up a sandwich. Well, Chaba Hut sure has found a way and wow do they really do it. They have some incredible combinations for sauces to be put on the sandwiches. Their ingredients all mesh well together. I was so pleased with this particular sandwich (Sendi Kush) two days ago that I had to return for a repeat. I subbed out bacon for trying ham today and it was just as good. I first came across RCC in 2022 when I moved to COS and was trying the local restaurants.
Unfortunately, they have no online ordering option (and no website, just a link to Facebook), so the only way to order is by phone. But, the last two times I called to order it was met with annoyance and "we're really busy", so I haven't tried again for a couple years now.
I kept hoping they'd update, because their food is really delicious.
Fast forward to today (June 2026), and the sun is shining on a new-found ability to order online from RCC thru DoorDash.
I had Nana's Southern Stack (which I'd had previously) and it is still absolutely delicious!
Perfectly seasoned and a very large portion, which could easily be shared by two people or half saved for another meal.
