The Fugazetta Pizza Gluten-Free was described as a pan-style, but to me it seemed more like a delicious cheesy bread style pizza. No cutlery provided even though I asked for it and was staying at a hotel. Glad I found a fork because I also needed it for the pizza slop."

My biggest issue was the crust. The bottom was extremely tough—so much so that I couldn’t easily cut through it with a fork. Instead of being light, airy, and doughy like I expect from this style of pizza, it was dense and difficult to chew.
The other factor was the price. This was a fairly expensive pizza, so my expectations were higher. Given the cost, I was hoping for a more memorable flavor and a better crust texture. If the crust had been softer with a little more lift, this would have been a much stronger pizza overall."
