They've even called a few times to confirm my order or recommend other spicy dishes. It's seared in a wok with the dried chilies to get a nice crisp breading, no sauce just great seasoning and spices. Portion size is ample for one person, especially when you add a side of steamed rice for a little over $3. "This is the best Chinese food place in my area. My Honey Walnuts Shrimps 核桃虾（午） were huge! They were also de-tailed and clean as a whistle which unfortunately is not the norm at other places. And as a plus it was piled high on the plate with my fried rice. The Fried Crabmeat Cheese Wontons 云吞 are always crispy and stuffed full of filling.
